SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Follow trek leaders & instructions at all times.
- Wear proper trekking shoes & comfortable clothing.
- Carry rain protection (Raincoat/umbrella).
- Carry enough water to stay hydrated.
- Carry personal medicines & first aid essentials.
- Do not take unnecessary risks.
- Stay with the group. Do not wander off.
- Respect nature, local communities & fellow trekkers.
- No littering. Keep the trail clean.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Participation at Own Risk
Trekking is an outdoor adventure activity involving inherent risks. All participants join at their own risk. The organizer shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, theft, disability, or death. - No Age Limit
There is no age restriction. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors. Participants must assess their own fitness. - No Logistics Provided
No transportation, accommodation, food, drinking water, medical facilities, or any other logistics unless mentioned otherwise. - Mandatory Items to Carry
Raincoat/poncho, umbrella, water, medicines, energy snacks, trekking shoes, extra clothes, torch, mobile phone, ID proof & more. - Health & Fitness
Participants should be physically & mentally fit. Consult a doctor if you have medical conditions. Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if unfit. - Environmental Responsibility
Do not litter. Carry back all waste. Do not damage flora, fauna, or natural surroundings. - Discipline & Conduct
Follow instructions, maintain discipline, cooperate with the group, and respect local communities & fellow trekkers. - Strictly Prohibited
No alcohol, drugs, smoking, weapons, fireworks, misbehavior, harassment, abusive language, or leaving the group without informing the leader. Violators may be removed without refund or compensation. - Weather & Route Changes
Routes, schedules, or plans may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen situations. Organizer’s decision shall be final. - Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes. Inform in advance if you do not wish to appear. - Emergency Situations
Cooperate with the trek leader and follow instructions immediately. Any rescue, evacuation, or medical expenses shall be borne by the participant. - Acceptance of Terms
By registering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
